JobindoAstra Otoparts is the largest and leading automotive component company group in Indonesia, which manufactures and distributes a wide range of spare parts for two-wheeled and four-wheeled motor vehicles.

Established as PT Alfa Delta Motor, a company engaged in the automotive trade, engine assembly, and construction. The owners of this company are William Soeryadjaja and PT Djaya Pirusa. PT Alfa Delta Motor changed its name to PT Pacific Western. PT Pacific Western changed its name to PT Menara Alam Teknik and changed ownership to PT Summa Surya, PT Windu Tri Nusantara and PT Multivest. Astra bought PT Summa Surya's shares in PT Menara Alam Teknik. 1993 Astra took over all shares of PT Menara Alam Teknik, and changed the name of PT Menara Alam Teknik to PT Menara Alam Pradipta. 1996 PT Menara Alam Pradipta changed its name to PT Astra Pradipta Internusa. Then a merger occurred between several component producing companies within the Astra Group, including PT Astra Pradipta Internusa & PT Federal Adiwira Serasi (PT Federal Adiwira Serasi as the surviving company). PT Federal Adiwira Serasi changed its name to PT Astra Dian Lestari. 1997 PT Astra Dian Lestari changed its name to PT Astra Otoparts. 1997 PT Astra Dian Lestari changed its name to PT Astra Otoparts.

1. Foreman Quality Control 

Condition: 
  • D3 Mechanical Engineering Education. 
  • Minimum GPA 3.0. 
  • Having experience in Quality Control position (min. 1 year) is preferred. 
  • Have knowledge and expertise in using measuring instruments. 
  • Have good knowledge related to Quality Control, Methods and Tools. 
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang.
2. Production Foreman 

Job description :
  • Ensure production goes according to plan Controlling production achievement.
  • Perform control over rejection & efficiency. 
  • Analyze the problems in production activities. 
Condition :
  • D3 Education (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Automotive Engineering). 
  • Minimum GPA 3.0.
  • Have experience working in a manufacturing/factory for at least 1 year. (preferably having experience as Production Coordinator/Foreman). 
  • Proficient in operating Ms. Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). 
  • Able to communicate well and be a leader in a team. 
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang.
3. Export-Import Staff 

Job description:
  • Manage documents for export-import purposes. 
  • Make PEB (Export Notification of Goods) and PIB (Notification of Import of Goods). 
  • Monitoring the daily status of goods being exported/imported. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments in terms of export/import. 
  • Communicating with customers and partners overseas. 
  • Make monthly reports. 
Qualification:
  • D3 education majoring in Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0. 
  • Able to handle the process of import and export of goods. 
  • Having experience in the position of Export/Import staff (exim) or Procurement for at least 3 years is preferred. 
  • Accustomed and proficient in operating Ms Excel. 
  • Fluent in English both oral and written. 
  • Discipline, honest, and have good communication skills. 
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang.
4. Product Development Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and create a fresh product design.
  • Obtaining fresh materials for a current product.
  • Ensure that the new supplier's quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) satisfy the minimum requirements.
  • Report daily action to the manager.
  • Collaborate with other companies to discuss ongoing projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Capable of using Microsoft Office.
5. PPIC 

Job description: 
  • Making a master production schedule. 
  • Supervise & production planning (capacity setting). 
  • Evaluation in achieving PPC targets. 
  • Coordinate with related departments to expedite the production process. 
Qualifications :
  • S1 Industrial Engineering, min GPA 3.00. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Good in planning and analyzing.
6. Finance & Accounting Trainee

Job Objective:
  • Resolve operational financial and accounting concerns.
  • Operational report and analysis are provided.
  • Manage projects to improve finance and accounting.
Qualification:
  • Accounting bachelor's degree or last semester accounting college student (currently working on last Project).
  • Male or female S1 maximum age is 25 years old, and S2 maximum age is 27 years old.
  • 0 years of experience is required.
  • Eager to learn and possessing exceptional motivation, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking.
  • Adaptive and active in university organization, both internal and external.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 from targeted universities.
  • Willing to travel around Indonesia.
7. Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • In charge of promotion, advertising, merchandising, and brand development.
  • Possessing excellent writing and vocal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of automobiles will be advantageous.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science (S1) in Engineering Major from a reputed university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Marketing Staff / Brand Development.
  • Having a strong drive and an analytical mind.
  • Interested in the automotive industry.
8. Recruitment Officer

Job description:
  • Creating strategy and implementation of Employer Branding. 
  • Planning & implementing Sourcing & Selection Management. 
  • Carry out Hiring & Placement.

Qualifications:
  • S1 Psychology with GPA min. 3.00.
  • Fresh Graduate or experience max.
  • 2 years in the same field.

9. Team Lead Sales 

Qualification: 
  • Minimum education S1 (all majors).
