Jobindo - Bumitama Ltd. maintains almost 190,000 hectares of oil palm plantation in Indonesia, with nearly 30% dedicated to smallholders, and operates 15 mills with a total processing capacity of 6.4 million metric tonnes per year. With a weighted average age of 12.3 years at the end of 2022, our plantation profile is positioned to sustain production volume growth in the future years.
Bumitama Agri Ltd. and its Group, founded in 1996 and listed on the Singapore Exchange in 2012, have grown to be one of Indonesia's major Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) growers and producers of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK).

Basic Development Program (BDP)/MT
1. Basic Development Program – Agronomy
An educational program specially designed to prepare candidates who are ready for a career as an Agronomy Assistant. This program equips graduates with various technical and managerial competencies so that graduates who are ready to compete in carrying out their functions and duties will be produced.
Qualifications :
- S1 Agriculture (Soil Science, Land Management, Plant Protection, Plant Pests & Diseases, Silviculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Social & Economics).
- S1 Agricultural Engineering (Agtechnology, Agroecotechnology).
- S1 Forestry.
- S1 Environmental Engineering Minimum GPA of 2.85.
- Maximum age 26 years.
- Willing to take part in a training program and be placed in an oil palm plantation location.
2. Basic Development Program – Engineering
An educational program specially designed to prepare candidates who are ready for a career as a Mill Assistant. This program equips graduates with various Technical and Managerial Competencies so that graduates who are ready to compete in carrying out their functions and duties will be produced.
Qualifications :
- S1 Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering (strong current).
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Maximum age 25 years.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to take part in the offline selection according to the chosen application location.
- Willing to take part in a training program in Kalimantan and be placed in an oil palm plantation location.
