Jobindo - PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (doing business under the name Alfamart) is a retail trading company headquartered in Tangerang. To support its business activities, until the end of 2020, this company has 32 distribution centers and 15,400 minimarkets spread throughout Indonesia.
Initially, PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, which was founded in 1989, was owned by the cigarette company HM Sampoerna, which was recorded as owning 70% of its shares. Its main business is not mini-markets as it is today, but distribution of Sampoerna cigarette products. In its development, this company also has subsidiaries such as PT Alfa Retailindo which manages a self-service business called Alfa Supermarket.
As part of developing Alfa Retailindo's retail business, on July 27, 1999, PT Alfa Mitramart Utama was founded, of which the company held 51% ownership. Alfa Mitramart Utama is engaged in the minimarket business under the brand "Alfa Minimart", whose first outlet was located in Karawaci, Tangerang and opened on October 18, 1999. Both Alfa Retailindo and Alfa Mitramart were started by Sampoerna together with Djoko Susanto, a trader and distributor of Sampoerna cigarettes who later became an executive at the cigarette giant.
On June 27, 2002, PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya sold its majority interest in Alfa Retailindo to a company owned by Djoko, PT Sigmantara Alfindo. Sumber Alfaria's remaining shares in Alfa Retailindo were then transferred to its parent, HM Sampoerna. Then, on August 1, 2002, Alfa Minimart (PT Alfa Mitramart Utama) was released from Alfa Retailindo and became a direct subsidiary of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. At that time, Alfa Minimarket already had 141 outlets, and later PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya changed its main business from trading and distribution of various products to become the new controller of Alfa Minimart outlets. On January 1, 2003, Alfa Minimart stores
changed their name to Alfamart, which later grew to 800 outlets. Nonetheless, the ownership structure of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (Alfamart) remains the same, which is controlled by HM Sampoerna, the remaining Djoko with 30% ownership. In 2005, it was recorded that Alfamart already had 1,200 outlets, both owned and franchised.
When finally the owner of HM Sampoerna, Putera Sampoerna (and also a close friend of Djoko) gave up his cigarette business to Philip Morris, Djoko was worried that he would be removed from leadership and 30% ownership in Alfamart by Philip Morris, so he set up an Alfa Express outlet as a precaution. However, Djoko was lucky because the world tobacco giant was not interested in the retail business because it was not considered his line of business. On July 14, 2006, Djoko's company, PT Sigmantara Alfindo, took over 70% of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya's shares from HM Sampoerna, whose transaction was completed on December 15, 2006. Since then, Djoko has become the controller of minimarket outlets, which in 2007 had reached 5,500 outlets throughout Indonesia. On January 15, 2009, this company officially took the floor on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, at that time releasing 343 million of its shares at an offering price of IDR 395.
In 2012, the company founded Sumber Indah Lestari to do business in the health and beauty sector. In 2013, the company began acquiring shares of Midi Utama Indonesia and established Alfamart Retail Asia. In 2014, together with SM Investments Corporation, Alfamart Retail Asia established a joint venture called Alfamart Trading Philippines in order to develop the Alfamart brand in the Philippines. This company later also acquired a majority of Midi Utama Indonesia's shares. In 2015, the company established Sumber Trijaya Lestari in order to provide e-commerce services under the name "Alfacart". In 2016, the company launched AlfaMind, the first virtual store in Indonesia with augmented reality technology. Alfamart Trading Philippines then also opened its first outlet in the Philippines, precisely at Trece Martires.
In 2017, the company established Sumber Wahana Sejahtera to provide package delivery services. In 2019, the company launched the Alfagift application to make it easier for users to find out what promotions are being held. This company then also acquired 75% shares of Global Loyalty Indonesia. On November 11 2020, Alfamart Trading Philippines inaugurated its 1000th minimarket outlet, namely in Tagum. Alfamart Trading Philippines also plans to continue to increase the number of its minimarket outlets in the Philippines, especially in Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro and Zamboanga.

TRAINEE PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Coordinator Trainee is a career development and acceleration program to prepare trainees to become key talents (leaders) at the Coordinator/Supervisor level in the Finance, SQ, Logistics, or Merchandising divisions.
1. Finance Accounting Trainee Coordinator
Development program to prepare to become a key talent at the coordinator level, especially to become a Finance Accounting Coordinator who will later monitor and ensure that all Finance Accounting business processes run well and according to applicable SOPs.
Qualifications :
- Male/Female, max 25 years old.
- S1 education majoring in Accounting.
- Minimum GPA 3.00.
- Active in organization.
- Have a high willingness to learn.
- Understanding Financial and Tax Reports.

2. Coordinator of Trainee Service Quality
Development program to prepare to become a key talent at coordinator level, especially to become a Service Quality Representative Coordinator who will later help develop Alfamart's service quality standards.

3. Logistics Trainee Coordinator
Development program to prepare to become a key talent at the coordiantor level, specifically to become a Coordinator/Supervisor at the Warehouse who is responsible for the company's business logistics operations starting from procurement, storage and delivery of merchandise to stores.
Qualifications :
- Male max 24 years old.
- Education S1 Majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering.

4. Merchandising Trainee Coordinator
Development program to prepare to become a key talent at coordinator/supervisor level in the Merchandising division who is responsible for purchasing, appraising, conducting research, standardizing merchandise and building working relationships with principals.
